[ooc: millitimed to just after this turn of events]
She turns the water up as hot as it will go and gets in the shower with all her clothes on.
In some other room, maybe even the room next door or across the hall, he is torturing her friend.
I can take one thousand showers
And not five minutes ago, she was kissing him outside.
and never be clean
It isn't right.
I am so angry
She isn't right.
I feel just like some great big disease
She tips her head back, catching water in her mouth. She rinses and spits between her feet.
Ah, you'll swim and I will drink myself to death
She repeats this process until she stops spitting pink.
Eventually, the heat gets to her and she shifts her attention to her clothes. She suspects that the shirt may be ruined--her mind recoils from the potential pun--soaked in his blood. She strips it off and hurls it to the opposite end of the shower stall; it hits the wall with a slap before tumbling to the floor.
But the only thing
The pants could be salvaged; a little tear and blood at the hip, and some dirt streaks from her fall. They join her shirt, and are soon accompanied by her bra and underwear in a sodden pile.
that you really hate
As soon as she is naked, she switches the water to cold.
is all its emptiness
Just to be sure.
